• When you arrive, we will collect some contact and health information from you. If you like, you can download these forms and have them ready when you arrive.
• The doctor will review any information (x-rays, MRIs, notes an reports) sent over by your doctor or brought in by you regarding your case.
• The doctor will ask you about your condition and do a physical exam.
• Wear loose fitting clothes or clothes that allow access to the involved area.
• The results of the exam will be discussed with you as well as the doctor’s recommendations.
• If treatment is indicated, and you would like to proceed, you will often be treated on the first visit. You can expect to spend about 45-90 minutes for your first visit.
• You will be given instructions for home care and managing your condition.
