Activator: A small adjusting instrument is used to realign vertebrae using light pressure and neurologic reflexes. Very gentle technique.
Diversified: The traditional adjusting techniques. Involves a manual thrust over a fixated vertebral segment. Useful for restoring joint motion and posture.
Drop Table: Portions of the chiropractic table are lifted ~1/2” and then released. Useful for patients that like diversified adjusting but need a lighter treatment.
Flexion-Distraction: The lower half of the table flexes and tilts which allows a stretch or traction to be applied to the low back. This is helpful with tight muscle and disc herniations.
Logan Basic: Light pressure is placed on the sacrum and gentle force is then applied to misaligned vertebrae. A very gentle and relaxing technique for children, geriatrics and everyone in between.
Mobilization: A medium to firm pressure is used to restore mobility to the joints. This is a good option for those that feel the traditional chiropractic diversified treatments may be too intense, This is a good choice for reducing cervical pain and restoring cervical motion.

Rehabilitation: Many therapies rely only on passive procedures to restore function. A proper rehabilitation program should involve active care such as strengthening, flexibility, proprioceptive development and aerobic endurance. The passive treatments get the tissues working properly and the active treatments keep them working. Proper implementation results in a quicker recovery and a lower cost.
